Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of hardware and software.
  • Device Support: Support and maintain desktops, laptops, network and desktop printers, VoIP phones, Wireless Access Points, and Local Area Network hardware.
  • Software Support: Assist with Microsoft M365 Sharepoint and OneDrive content management, as well as Microsoft M365 Office applications support.
  • Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including local area network and wireless network hardware components and cabling.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in onsite end-user hardware and software technical support.
  • Skills: Expertise in installing new computer hardware, software, and peripherals, deploying, configuring, and managing Windows 10/11, MacOS, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
