Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
  • Represent The Ritz-Carlton brand with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary.
  • Supervisory experience not required.
  • License or certification not required.
