Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reconstruction and Remodeling Supervisor to join our team at Dansel Restoration Inc. As a key member of our reconstruction division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our reconstruction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in every project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Supervision
    • Oversee all aspects of reconstruction and remodeling projects, utilizing your diverse skill set in carpentry, drywall installation, painting, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and flooring.
    • Take charge of hands-on tasks, ensuring that each phase of the remodeling process—framing, installing drywall, performing electrical and plumbing work, painting, and finishing—is completed with precision.
    • Troubleshoot issues on-site, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Coordinate with project managers and senior supervisors to develop project timelines, assign tasks, and oversee the smooth execution of all remodeling phases—from demolition to final finishes.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all work meets company quality standards, customer expectations, and complies with project specifications.
    • Conduct inspections at various stages of the project to maintain consistency and address issues promptly.
  • Resource Management
    • Manage the ordering and use of materials, ensuring proper inventory levels and efficient use of resources.
    • Oversee subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Safety Leadership
    • Enforce safety protocols on all job sites, ensuring that personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn and safety regulations are strictly followed.
    • Lead regular safety briefings and training sessions.
  • Client Interaction
    • Act as a liaison between clients and the project team, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making
    • Address challenges that arise on-site, from unforeseen conditions to design adjustments, and make decisions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Mentorship and Team Development
    • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in reconstruction and remodeling techniques.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reconstruction and remodeling supervision, with a successful track record in residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and remodeling techniques, materials, and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering quality work.
