Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance Management: Oversee the overall financial performance of the accounts receivable function, including cash flow, DSO, and bad debt.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase cash flow and reduce DSO, including process improvements and best practice implementations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of accounts receivable specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports and analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 6+ years of experience in leadership or management, with a focus on finance or accounting.
  • Financial Expertise: 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on collections and cash flow management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle, with experience in collections and cash flow management software.
