At SkinSpirit, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetician to join our team. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and skillfully performing treatments to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert consultations to clients, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
- Perform a range of treatments, including clinical facials, extractions, medical-grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-penning.
- Administer laser hair removal treatments.
- Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Respond to client queries, needs, and expectations in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and techniques for treatments, applying best practices at all times.
- Ensure client safety at all times.
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered by SkinSpirit.
- Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products.
- Follow established treatment protocols.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base.
- Participate in ongoing training and meetings.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- Occasionally travel to other locations for training.
- Active Arizona Aesthetician license required.
- Cosmetic laser license preferred.
- 2+ years of esthetician experience preferred.
- Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, and micro-penning desired.
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and ingredients.
- Existing clientele is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
- Proficient with email.
- Social Media experience preferred.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or stooping.
- Use of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or control things.
- Reaching with hands and arms.
- Repeating of same movements.
- Talking and hearing.
- Occasional periods of sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, or balancing.
- Pushing/Pulling heavy objects and/or machinery.
Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location, and market.
