Job Summary

Caring Places Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at River Terrace Memory Care in Oregon City, OR. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing nursing care and services to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide nursing care and services, including nurse delegation, resident health assessments, and monitoring of overall health.
  • Communicate with physicians and outside providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Investigate injuries involving residents or staff, and track and audit medication and treatment orders.
  • Participate in care conferences and quality assurance investigations to ensure high-quality care.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in in-service presentations and staff meetings.
  • Communicate with state and assist in surveys to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Foster a positive team attitude in the community and help coordinate consistent, quality care and service.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing and a current state license.
  • Understanding of state and federal regulations.
  • Good computer skills and ability to lift, push or pull 30 pounds, up to 30 times per shift.
  • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
  • Commitment to safe practices, infection control, and residents' rights.
  • Strong communication skills and congenial personality.
