Lead Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Nurse to join our team at Providence Child Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical operations and activities on your nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the flow of patient care on your unit, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
- Facilitate workflow and distribute workload assignments to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to CNA staff, promoting growth and development.
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care.
- Supervisory experience.
