Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Hotel West & Main, Tapestry by Hilton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process credit card transactions and other payments for the day
  • Handle phone system, transferring calls, reservations, and other tasks
  • Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures
  • Administer guest payment policies and identify errors from the day shifts
  • Prepare folios for morning departing guests
  • Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed
  • Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures
