Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Hotel West & Main, Tapestry by Hilton.

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during non-traditional hours. This includes processing credit card transactions, handling phone calls, verifying room availability, and performing check-in and check-out procedures.

You will also be responsible for administering guest payment policies, reviewing hotel room availability, and preparing folios for departing guests. Additionally, you will maintain the overall lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup as needed.

• Process credit card transactions and other payments for the day
• Handle phone calls, transfers, and reservations
• Verify and balance hotel room availability
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Administer guest payment policies and review hotel room availability
• Prepare folios for departing guests
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup
