Position Summary
Fidelity TalentSource LLC is in search of a skilled Lead Front End Software Engineer to become a vital member of our user interface platform team.
In this role, you will work closely with your team members to deliver outstanding user experiences and promote front end engineering excellence within our organization. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing components, tools, and products that empower digital teams while also contributing to our shared code repositories. Furthermore, you will offer guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to your team and other groups within the Digital Platforms Technology division.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Over 6 years of experience as a front-end software developer utilizing Angular
- At least 1 year of experience with Nx workspace and familiarity with shared code repositories
- Experience in a technical leadership role within agile settings
- Strong analytical skills and a dedication to ongoing learning and development
- Capability to create scalable and maintainable solutions
- Quick learner with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Proven history of mentoring and developing technology professionals
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in Angular, Typescript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Experience with RESTful services
- Knowledge of NX Workspace
- Experience with Jest, Playwright
- Understanding of Web Components and Component Architecture
- Familiarity with Storybook
- Experience with GIT, Jenkins, Circle CI, or GitHub
- Experience in managing shared libraries and design systems
Additional Competencies:
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1+ and AA/AAA Standards
- Experience with AWS S3
