We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using web technologies including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop web applications using web technologies.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and UXD to build architecturally compliant applications.
- Develop unit tests using test frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine, and Jest.
- Develop end-to-end tests using Cypress and Puppeteer.
- Design and consume RESTful Application Programs Interfaces (APIs) to deliver rich experiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Senior Front End Software Engineer (or closely related occupation) developing adaptive, personalized digital applications using front-end and middle-tier technologies in a financial services environment.
Or, alternatively, Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three years of experience as a Senior Front End Software Engineer (or closely related occupation) developing adaptive, personalized digital applications using front-end and middle-tier technologies in a financial services environment.
Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing modular and component-based Web applications using Angular, React, or NodeJS.
- Experience in analyzing and refining technical requirements using Jira.
- Ability to develop fully adaptive and accessible Web applications.
- Experience in developing performant Web applications that scale to meet TPS requirements.
