Quality and Patient Safety Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Patient Safety Project Manager to join our team at Atlantic Health System. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the quality of care we provide to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate quality improvement projects for teams and departments to identify and mitigate potential patient safety risks.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on patient safety principles and quality management practices.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data to inform decision-making and drive improvement initiatives.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards, including Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality improvement and project management in a healthcare environment.
- Experience leading and facilitating project teams.
