Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Student Achievement: Assist in achieving the educational and behavioral objectives of all students, particularly those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Deliver Therapeutic Services: Provide direct therapy to assigned clients.
  • Implement Treatment Plans: Execute programs as outlined by the treatment plan and under the guidance of your supervisor.
  • Behavior Support Implementation: Carry out behavior support strategies to ensure positive behavioral outcomes for our students, fostering their well-being and success in various settings.
  • Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development to remain informed about best practices.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain supportive connections with parents and external professionals.

Qualifications:

  • A valid certificate as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • An Associates Degree or equivalent (48 semester hours)
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of students with special education needs
