Position Overview:
We are seeking to enhance our team with enthusiastic and diligent Behavioral Support Technicians. This role presents a unique opportunity for qualified individuals to profoundly impact the lives of children and families within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tailored treatment strategies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Deliver direct, individualized therapy to children in their home environments.
- Gather and document data regarding client progress and capabilities.
- Assist in evaluating and modifying treatment strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Valid RBT certification.
- Preferred experience of at least 6 months in ABA, though not mandatory.
- Genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and related conditions.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Dependable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
