Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual, enabling them to thrive in home, educational, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to children diagnosed with autism in various environments including homes, schools, and community spaces.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and train caregivers on effective strategies.
- Work hours may vary based on client needs, typically during afternoons, evenings, and occasionally weekends.
- Flexible scheduling options make this role suitable for individuals currently working as educators, students, or parents with relevant experience.
- We seek candidates who are certified by the BACB Board. Training will be provided for those who have not yet completed certification.
- Compensation ranges from $14 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Tricare certification are advantageous.
Job Type:
- Available as Full-time or Part-time positions.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or as a Paraprofessional.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance are required.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Mandatory Requirements for Employment:
- Successful completion of a Background Check.
- Clearance of a TB Test.
