Compensation and Benefits

Job Description

The Process Line Specialist will be responsible for operating the Poly Mold Line to produce wire and/or cable to specification. This involves working with minimal supervision, following written instructions and schedules, and performing all duties associated with the production process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic math skills and ability to use SAP and SAP Quality Management programs
  • Good English language verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with relief shift
  • Active and responsible for shift 5S ownership program
  • Capable of lifting or moving 50 lbs. and occasionally lifting or moving 75 lbs., ability to distinguish colors
