* Administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Collect, store, and transport specimens for laboratory studies, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with physicians via phone, fax, and electronic records, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
* Scan and file physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data in resident charts, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
* Assist in developing and revising service plans, collaborating with the Wellness Director to ensure resident needs and preferences are met.
Requirements:
* Be at least 21 years old.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Meet state or provincial health-related requirements.
* Maintain current professional license and CPR certification, if applicable.
* Comply with state or provincial regulations regarding certifications.
