Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Essex Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Elizabethtown, NY.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care and dressing.

Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and recording resident health information
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Monitoring food and liquid intake and output
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN State license
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Good standing with State Registry
