Server Responsibilities:
Serve delicious meals and ensure resident satisfaction. Record guest meals and report to the Business Office Director. Recognize department needs and report concerns to the Culinary Services Director. Assist in preparing special meals and parties, as well as daily operations and cleaning of the dining room and server areas. Maintain adherence to community infection control policies. Perform other duties as assigned by Culinary Services, Sous Chef, or Cook(s).

Our ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED. They are able to demonstrate adherence to proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Knowledge of customer service principles and processes is a must, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction. A basic understanding of food safety procedures, sanitation of equipment measures, and storage techniques is also required. Additionally, the candidate should be aware of team dynamics, inventory, safety, and cleanliness.
