Member Services Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Member Services Specialist to join our team at the American Society of Echocardiography. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the membership department, ensuring that our members receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage member relationships and maintain accurate records of membership data.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to retain and recruit new members.
- Process membership applications, renewals, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Support the FASE program, including coordination of meetings, minutes, and reports.
- Assist with the planning and execution of annual Scientific Sessions and other events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of experience in member services, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with occasional travel required for meetings and events. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
