  • Meet or exceed sales targets by the deadline
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business
  • Create sales materials and presentations to effectively communicate product value to customers
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid state life insurance license
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation:

  • 1099 position with 100% commission plus bonuses
  • Paid top commission on both upfront and renewal sales
  • Commissions paid daily
