Job Title: Performance QA

About the Role:
At HTC Global Services, we're seeking a skilled Performance QA professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive performance testing strategies for React-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement performance testing strategies for React-based applications
• Identify key performance metrics and establish benchmarks
• Utilize JMeter or LoadRunner to design and execute performance tests
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance test results
• Monitor application performance in production environments
• Use performance monitoring tools to track and analyze application performance metrics
• Document performance testing processes, test cases, and results
• Maintain detailed records of performance issues and resolutions
• Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies
• Continuously improve performance testing practices and tools

Requirements:
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner
• Strong understanding of React and its performance characteristics
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
