We are seeking a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in food preparation. The successful candidate will support the Executive Chef in executing all plate presentations and various kitchen tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring that promotional event preparations are accurate and that all team members adhere to established recipes and plating standards.

Your responsibilities will include the creation of daily specials, lunch buffet options, and brunch menus while fostering a positive work atmosphere. You will also assist in managing food and labor costs effectively.

Key duties include:

  • Preparing salads, fruits, vegetables, cold meats, seafood, canapés, and other cold dishes.
  • Following standard pantry recipes to ensure consistency in food quality.
  • Maintaining proper storage of products, particularly fresh produce, and monitoring portion control.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and compliance with Health Department regulations in all food preparation areas.
