Position Overview:

We are seeking an Electronics Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the assembly of electronic components according to precise specifications and standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electronic components into finished products by following detailed process instructions and technical blueprints.
  • Interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, and operational sheets to ensure accuracy in production.
  • Utilize specialized tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment to achieve high-quality assembly.
  • Set up and operate automatic equipment for component preparation and insertion, while performing necessary rework as required.
  • Conduct quality checks at designated intervals to ensure product integrity and compliance with specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations and address any production challenges.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar assembly role.
  • IPC certification with experience in IPC-A-610 inspection standards.
  • Proficient in operating material handling equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical layouts.
  • Commitment to maintaining product quality and adhering to health and safety regulations.
