Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with residents and their families, supporting their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Supervise and motivate Caregivers and Medtechs to ensure exceptional care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records, including nurses' notes, incident reports, and medication records.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program.
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
  • Geriatric experience preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and dementia care preferred, but not required.
