Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at the Iowa Primary Care Association.
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages.
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
- Valid state medical license.
Benefits:
- Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for up to $75,000 for 2 years of service with an option to renew. Additional $5,000 if you are bilingual in Spanish.
- Salary range: Starting at $200,000 - $240,000 based on experience.
- Contract duration: 2 years with 1 year renewal.
- Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided.
- Contract Bonus: Sign a 3-year contract and receive a $10,000 bonus each year, renewable annually for up to 5 years.
- Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Access to confidential counseling and support services for personal and work-related issues.
- Continuing Education: 5 paid days and $2,000/year.
- Paid Time Off: 20 PTO days per year, plus 10 paid holidays and 3 sick days.
- Retirement Plans: 401k plan with 3% employer match.
- Malpractice Insurance: FTCA Malpractice Insurance coverage.
