They provide integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, ensuring that patients receive coordinated and holistic care, often within a single facility.
Position Overview:
Clinic Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 8 AM - 7 PM; Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM; Saturday: 8 AM - 12 PM
- Your work hours: 40 hours within the specified clinic schedule.
- No evening shifts required.
On-Call Responsibilities: Rotates weekly among the provider team; phone consultations only.
Patient Care: Average of 16 patients per day.
Appointment Duration: 20 minutes per patient.
Team Composition: 1 Family Medicine Physician, 3 Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, 3 Physician Assistants, 1 Registered Nurse, and 1.5 Medical Assistants.
Electronic Health Record System: Epic
Benefits Include:
- Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for up to $75,000 for two years of service, with an option for renewal. An additional $5,000 is available for bilingual candidates.
- Salary Range: Starting from $200,000 to $240,000, depending on experience.
- Contract Duration: Two years with a one-year renewal option.
- Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided.
- Contract Bonus: Sign a three-year contract and receive a $10,000 bonus each year, renewable annually for up to five years.
- Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending options available.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Access to confidential counseling and support services for personal and work-related matters.
- Continuing Education: 5 paid days and $2,000 per year for professional development.
