Job Overview:

We are in search of a front desk professional who possesses a warm demeanor and exceptional organizational abilities to enhance our patient experience.

In this role, you will warmly welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring they have a pleasant experience while waiting for their appointments with the Dentist or Hygienist.

Your responsibilities will include managing phone communications, scheduling appointments for the Doctor(s) and Hygienists, and maintaining a fast-paced office environment that requires adept multitasking. Key Responsibilities:


Conduct daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients. Greet each patient by name with a friendly attitude upon their arrival and assist them throughout their visit.

Act as the welcoming face of the practice, providing courteous service to patients entering the office or calling in.

Confirm future appointments and assist patients with any billing inquiries.

Submit insurance claims with the necessary documentation and narratives.

Follow up on unscheduled recare or treatment appointments.



Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred. An Associate's Degree is preferred. Exceptional professionalism, strong moral standards, and a self-driven work ethic are essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and patients.

A motivated personality with a desire to excel in your profession and provide top-notch care for our patients is crucial.
