Job Title:

Volunteer Program Manager

About the Position:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Volunteer Program Manager to join our team at ourBRIDGE for KIDS. The successful candidate will have experience in volunteer management, project coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and support a diverse group of volunteers
  • Coordinate monthly Volunteer Orientations and promote volunteer opportunities
  • Manage volunteer databases and maintain accurate records
  • Provide regular reports on volunteer engagement and participation
Work Setting:
  • Hybrid work arrangement: 16 hours in-person and 4 hours virtually
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to perform duties outlined in the job description
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with volunteer management software
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Salary Range:

$20-22 per hour (part-time, 20 hours/week)
