Role Responsibilities:
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing client intake and ensuring a seamless administrative process.
  • Coordinating office functions to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with the Deputy Managing Lawyer on various operational aspects, including finance and client management.
  • Implementing effective inquiry triage processes to enhance service efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing administrative functions, including organizing office operations and correspondence.
  • Knowledge of legal administrative practices, with a proven track record of providing high-quality support in a legal context.
  • Expertise in managing office finances, including petty cash handling, payment processing, account reconciliation, and budgeting.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling empathetic interactions with clients and legal professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address administrative challenges and client inquiries.
  • Experience in planning and executing community and professional legal education initiatives.
