Job Overview

We are looking for a Dedicated Field Operations Supervisor to oversee Personal Care Services in the DFW region.

This role is ideal for individuals who wish to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients affected by age or health challenges. The Field Operations Supervisor will ensure that personal care services are delivered effectively, adhering to authorized tasks and schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid nursing license (RN) in good standing; OR have completed a minimum of two years (60 credit hours) of higher education. Relevant supervisory experience in healthcare may substitute for educational requirements.

Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional communication with staff, case managers, and clients
  • Provide specialized training tailored to the specific needs of clients based on their diagnoses
  • Participate in team meetings and required training sessions
  • Be available to step in and provide services if the primary Personal Care Assistant is unavailable
  • Schedule services in accordance with care plans and authorized hours
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine client needs for daily living activities
  • Ensure attendants understand Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) through practical demonstrations
  • Collaborate with HR to support and enhance attendant performance
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Essential Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with Personal Care Services (Medicaid) and state regulations
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift over 50 pounds, and move intermittently
  • Texas-Specific Requirements: Must be a licensed nurse (RN) in good standing; OR have completed at least two years (60 credit hours) of college-level education. One year of supervisory experience in healthcare may substitute for each required year of college.
