DC Power Field Supervisor Job Description

Alamon, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DC Power Field Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our DC power projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion, and maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of field technicians to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that our projects meet or exceed their requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including documentation, photographs, and videos.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DC power systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
