About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Center Supervisor to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Center Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our plasma donation center, ensuring that our donors receive exceptional service and that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance and scheduling of employees in the production areas
  • Lead inventory control efforts and operational initiatives
  • Work with donors to resolve concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Analyze opportunities for improvement related to non-conforming events
  • Perform tasks in the Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
  • Foster teamwork, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Frequent bending and reaching
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
