**Speech Language Pathology Assistant Wanted**

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with assessments and direct therapy under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with assessments and direct therapy sessions
  • Work closely with the supervising Speech Language Pathologist to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • SLPA degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
