We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with assessments and direct therapy under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with assessments and direct therapy sessions
- Work closely with the supervising Speech Language Pathologist to develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- SLPA degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
