Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities- Empower Customers: Educate clients on policies that align with their needs, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Cultivate Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through proactive engagement and referrals, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Address Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and innovative networking techniques to expand our customer base.
- Uphold Industry Standards: Adhere to all regulations and maintain the highest standards of the industry and our company.
- Pursue Personal Development: Continuously update your job-specific knowledge to stay ahead in the industry.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Follow established procedures to maintain accurate customer records.
- Contribute to Team Synergy: Participate actively in team and individual meetings, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Education: Minimum requirement of a High School degree, though some college or a college degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Sales, showcasing your ability to close deals.
- Licenses: Active Health Insurance Licenses are preferred. If not currently licensed, there is an expectation to obtain a license within the first 30 days of employment, with expenses covered by the company.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, ability to multitask effectively, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
