Compensation: Hourly rates range from $40 to $50, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored speech therapy treatment plans based on physician directives and comprehensive patient evaluations.
  • Ensure continuity of care post-discharge by creating home exercise programs and advising on assistive devices and follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical and administrative records regarding patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Uphold confidentiality of patient records.
  • Record treatment charges daily and ensure documentation is completed promptly.
  • Adhere to the relevant State Speech Therapy Practice Act, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an ASHA accredited Speech Therapy program
  • Valid State Speech Therapist license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Commitment to prioritizing the needs of clients and their families
