Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its Digital Health Software development team in Arden Hills, MN.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop market-leading features for Remote Patient Management systems for Cardiac and Urology platforms.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into software requirements.
- Write and review requirements and design specifications to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Follow medical device software procedures and quality standards.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and other agile activities.
- Utilize various technologies to deliver life-changing systems to patients and clinicians.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to gather feedback and drive consensus on requirements.
- 5-10 years of experience in related roles.
- Ability to schedule and lead meetings using business tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to identify and document use cases.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience working in the Medical Device industry or other regulated industries.
