Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at WorkSource Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in Microsoft Suite, and have experience in office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and organized records and files
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with marketing and content management
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- 18 years of age
- 1 year of experience in an office/administrative support position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Verified customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advertising and content management experience
- Familiarity with residential and commercial plumbing

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
- Competitive hourly rate, $20-$30 per hour
