Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Management Information Systems Specialist to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing MMIS to manage procurement information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain data integrity standards for maintenance of master files
  • Create query reports based on required specifications using PS query tool
  • Assist with the implementation of new PS products, including project upgrades, bundles/fixes, and testing
  • Prepare statistical summaries and reports from MMIS involving purchase history, usage, expense, and departmental spend performance management
  • Perform maintenance and quality assurance testing for new or redesigned PeopleSoft reports and functionality
  • Collaborate with financial and systems analysts in Information Services and Finance as well as external sources
  • Elicit, analyze, and validate the Supply Chain systems and data needs of stakeholders
  • Deliver on-going support to end users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in PeopleSoft preferred
  • Experience with enterprise application data administration, setup, and testing preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential
  • Advanced skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
