  • Participate in the development and execution of on and off-campus recruitment, conversion, and yield activities and events designed to market Oklahoma State University to prospective domestic and international freshman and transfer students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • One year of related work experience.
  • Valid passport and driver's license.
  • Demonstrated experience in public speaking and providing customer service.
  • Ability to relate to people of all age groups, academic abilities, and diverse cultures.
  • Highly organized and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and technical skills.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills, agility, and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, friendly, and customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs (recruitment materials).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Two or more years of experience working in higher education, in admissions, advising, financial aid, or a related department.
  • Experience living, working, or studying abroad.
  • Bilingual with a preferred language in Spanish.
