About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary care team at Wayspring Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized therapy services to members identified by our providers, collaborating with medical and behavioral health providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances
  • Conduct regular sessions with patients to review treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Perform ongoing screenings of patient progress and document results
  • Collaborate with other care team members and external providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Adhere to Wayspring's information security and privacy requirements
Requirements
  • Master's degree in an eligible field (social work, psychology, counseling)
  • Active state licensure (LISW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC)
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as requested (Wayspring covers cost associated)
  • Strong empathy, listening, and communication skills
  • Experience working with Medicaid populations is highly preferred
