Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary care team at Wayspring Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized therapy services to members identified by our providers, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances
  • Conduct regular meetings with patients to review treatment plans, track progress, and make adjustments as needed
  • Conduct ongoing screenings of patient progress and make recommendations for improvement
  • Comply with documentation standards within our clinic documentation platform
  • Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary care team, as well as other providers and facilities as necessary
  • Adhere to Wayspring's information security and privacy requirements
Requirements
  • Master's degree in an eligible field (social work, psychology, counseling) required
  • Active state licensure (LISW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC) required
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as requested (Wayspring covers the cost associated)
  • Must exhibit empathy, listening skills, social and communication skills, boundary setting, critical thinking, organizational skills, written documentation skills, and technical/computer skills
  • Experience working with Medicaid populations is highly preferred
