About the Role

At our company, we're committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle. Your goal will be to understand their needs and preferences, and then match them with the right product.

Key Responsibilities

Understand vehicles by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
Assist customers by understanding their requirements and interests, and matching those requirements to the various models.
Demonstrate vehicles by explaining their characteristics, capabilities, and features, and taking test drives to explain warranty and service requirements.
Greet drop-ins, meet prospects at community activities, and complete sales by overcoming customer objections, asking for the sale, and negotiating price.
Deliver vehicles to customers by providing a comprehensive review of all the features to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.
Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be goal-driven and have a strong desire to succeed.
Excellent organizational, planning, and strategizing skills.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two violations in the past three years.
