General Manager

As a General Manager at AMF, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our entertainment centers, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll be on your feet, coordinating with team members, and problem-solving in real-time.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales.
- Manage labor costs and other expenses, ensuring efficient operations.
- Supervise and direct regular training for all staff members, ensuring their proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards.
- Conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction, and manage multiple departments efficiently.
- Help maintain a positive team environment, addressing any center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise.
- Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, ensuring customer complaints are resolved appropriately.
- Oversee the management and expansion of your center's Food and Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
We're looking for a customer service pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly attuned to the guest experience. You'll need to be accountable for your performance and that of your team, and be a strong team player. A minimum of 5 years of management experience in full-service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations is required, along with a Bachelor's degree and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Work EnvironmentOur entertainment centers are dynamic and fast-paced environments where you'll be on your feet, coordinating with team members, and problem-solving in real-time. You'll need to be able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be able to lift objects with some assistance.
