Role Responsibilities:


The Safety Operations Officer, under the direct guidance of the Shift Supervisor, ensures that SIS standards and protocols are upheld in all field services, operations, and tasks within the designated area, which may include: site evaluations, emergency response, surveillance monitoring, client engagement, and special assignments as required.

All responsibilities must be executed in compliance with client policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a secure and professional environment for clients and their guests
  • Conducting foot patrols to maintain security at assigned locations
  • Responding promptly to incidents as they arise
  • Exhibiting a positive demeanor daily and representing our brand, the client, and yourself in a professional manner
As a candidate, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma (or GED)
  • Completion and maintenance of state Guard Certification as mandated by state law, along with any client-required certifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Adherence to uniform standards and grooming requirements while in uniform
