Job Summary

The Office Assistant plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technician schedules, handling phone inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technician schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Answer direct calls and address phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule and update appointments on Google Calendar to ensure timely and accurate scheduling
  • Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers to ensure prompt and secure delivery
  • Update and maintain company spreadsheets to track important data and metrics
  • Help monitor and maintain company supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized office
  • Retrieve information when requested and provide accurate and timely responses
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Office Assistant will work in a fast-paced office environment with moderate noise levels. The physical demands of the job include sitting for long periods, answering phones, and using a computer for extended periods. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and stooping may be required. Lifting up to 20 pounds may be necessary. The ability to talk and hear frequently is also required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience managing office responsibilities. You should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Calendar, is also required.
