Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at StageRight - Rogers Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity specifications.
  • Operate an overhead crane to receive and issue raw materials to and from saws, trucks, and storage areas.
  • Program and operate robotic welders and CNC machines to fabricate products.
  • Set up and adjust process variables to meet quality demands.
  • Maintain inventory control by labeling raw materials with proper identification.
  • Enter work orders, packing slips, and other data into our main computer system.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve quality.
  • Perform daily shift maintenance inspections and document any issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in a related field, or equivalent education and training.
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading, AutoCAD, CNC programming, thermal cutting machinery, and welding.
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret English language documents.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
