The Lovely Law Firm Injury Lawyers is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Legal Intake Specialist to enhance our client engagement efforts. In this pivotal role, you will connect with potential clients, understanding their unique situations while managing the onboarding process and data entry.
Your Role Includes:
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with our firm's Intake Standard Operating Procedures.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to build relationships with other legal professionals, thereby expanding our client base.
- Screening incoming calls from potential clients to ensure their cases align with our firm's expertise, while providing empathetic support.
- Organizing documentation and performing data entry within our case management system to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Compiling client packets and managing administrative correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments for qualified clients to optimize our lawyers' calendars and enhance our caseload.
- Executing various office tasks such as managing spreadsheets, composing emails, and transcribing notes to ensure operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
- This position requires in-person attendance at our office.
- Prior sales experience is essential, with a preference for candidates who have legal industry exposure.
- Familiarity with CRM and case management software is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills, characterized by compassion and empathy.
- Strong active listening, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to foster trust with clients and team members alike.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A professional demeanor and appearance are required.
- A commitment to meeting or exceeding expectations at both individual and team levels.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation: $18-$20/hour
