Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management professional to join our team at Globe Communications, LLC. As a Manager of Contract Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of onboarding subcontractors and working with various departments to improve and streamline current processes associated with contracts and related documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subcontractors with the required onboarding paperwork, including contracts, pay rates, insurance requirements, and other necessary documents.
  • Ensure all documents are properly completed before a subcontractor can start performing work.
  • Maintain subcontractor files, insurance certificates, and all other required documents.
  • Administer changes to the subcontractor process as needed.
  • Work with the Operations team on any issues that arise with a subcontractor.
  • Consult with the Legal department when issues arise.
  • Communicate with subcontractor insurance agents as needed.
  • Assist with recruiting new subcontractors.
  • Coordinate vendor setup with the accounting department.
  • Assist with subcontractor retainage when applicable.
Requirements
  • To be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • 5-8 years of experience in contract management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
