Key Responsibilities:

· Develop eye-catching graphics, images, and layouts for a variety of projects, including marketing collateral, print materials, digital content, website visuals, social media graphics, and packaging solutions.

· Design exhibition materials, including booth layouts, displays, and promotional items.

· Work closely with the marketing team to comprehend project needs and translate them into engaging designs that adhere to brand standards and goals.

· Create and refresh packaging designs for private label products.

· Ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms, promoting brand recognition and coherence.

· Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and methodologies, integrating innovative concepts into design tasks.

· Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a diverse portfolio demonstrating various design projects.
  • Expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques, with a meticulous eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong appreciation for aesthetics and design quality.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Innovative mindset with a commitment to creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
  • Comfortable in both corporate and creative environments.

Preferred Skills:

· Understanding of web design principles and experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

· Experience in motion graphics and 3D rendering is advantageous.
